The Washington State Adult Vaccine Program (AVP) provides vaccine for adults 19 years of age and older who are uninsured.

AVP Enrollment and Re-enrollment is underway!

As a reminder, the enrollment deadline for providers to request vaccines this year is July 18th 2025. If a facility enrolls after July 18^th, they will not be eligible to request vaccines in our fall ordering opportunity.

If you are a provider who was enrolled in AVP last year who wishes to re-enroll:

• Do not use the enrollment link on the AVP website.
• Your facility contacts were sent an automated email to your pre-populated, facility specific provider agreement to update and sign. 
• If you did not receive a re-enrollment link, please reach out to us as soon as possible at WAAdultVaccines@doh.wa.gov.

If your facility was NOT enrolled in AVP last year:

• You may use the enrollment link on the AVP website today to begin enrolling in AVP. The enrollment process begins with a short inquiry. Once our staff approves the inquiry, you will receive an emailed link to complete your full AVP provider agreement.
