ISA Renewals
The DOH provider enrollment team is working to renew the Information Sharing Agreements (ISAs) for organizations participating in the WAIIS. Please check your records to ensure your ISAs are up to date as these agreements expire every 3 years. You may lose connectivity to the IIS if no response is received during our review and cleanup of IIS data.
If you are not up to date, click here to renew your agreement or contact pchoiisa@doh.wa.gov for any additional questions.

School and Child Care Immunization Module Onboarding Pause
Due to a decrease in staffing, DOH will pause onboarding new schools and childcares to the School and Child Care Immunization Module from August 15th though the end of December. This will enable us to support existing users with the start of the new school year and annual immunization reporting. We anticipate reopening onboarding in January 2026. We will continue to accept new Information Sharing Agreements (ISA) until August 15th. If you haven’t signed up, now is a great time to do so. You can find the ISAs on www.doh.wa.gov/SchoolModule. Any ISAs submitted after August 15 will be processed in the order they are received starting in January. We appreciate your patience.
