To streamline the accessibility of sequencing data, COVID-19 sequencing data has been copied from the COVID-19 sequencing QIDs to the GCD sequencing QIDs. All COVID-19 sequencing data now reside in the DD_GCD_SEQUENCING table in the Washington Disease Reporting System.

All data processes and pipelines using the DD_GCD_COVID19_SEQUENCING table should be updated to use the DD_GCD_SEQUENCING table.
The DD_GCD_COVID19_SEQUENCING table will remain enabled through the end of March to allow additional time to update data processes and pipelines; however, this table will contain “stale” data as no new COVID-19 sequencing data is flowing into this table as of February 26.
