All Growers Must Submit New Application (Farm Stores Separate)
Previous grower agreements expired on December 31, 2024. All growers will need to submit a new agreement for approval before accepting benefits anytime in 2025, regardless of if they are new or returning to the program.
Even if you do not plan on accepting FMNP transactions until the season begins June 1, please begin the application process now.
WIC's Monthly Fruit and Vegetable Benefit (CVB) is available to growers who sell at approved markets and farm stores year-round. However, they must be approved under the new 2025-2027 agreement before accepting those benefits.
The FMNP season will still be June 1 through October 31. All growers must be approved before that date.

Farm Store Applications Now Must Be Submitted Separately
We've updated the process for farm store applications. Farm stores now require a distinct agreement and application. If you're a previously approved farm store grower or want to accept FMNP benefits at your farm store, you must review the farm store agreement and submit the corresponding application.
Growers who wish to accept FMNP benefits at both farmers markets and their farm store must submit both applications separately.
Farm Store Requirements:
- Must be in a defined location where at least a portion of the eligible food is grown
- Must be at least 5 miles away from the nearest approved farmers market or farm store
- Have access to a smart device (phone or tablet to scan QR code) with reliable cell signal or Wi-Fi
- Must have staff on-site during all declared hours
- Accept training and technical assistance from FMNP staff
- Comply with all other requirements detailed in the farm store agreement

We prefer the applications be sent via email to FMNPTeam@doh.wa.gov. See the application for more details.
