The AVP vaccine request opportunity for non-COVID/non-flu vaccines remains open. The last day to place an AVP vaccine request for this order cycle will be on Tuesday February 25th. Please submit your requests as soon as you are able.
As a reminder, the vaccines that are available to you in your order set are the top 5 vaccines prioritized in your facility's AVP provider agreement.
In order to receive an allocation of AVP vaccine, your facility’s provider agreement and accountability must be current. This includes the submission of up-to-date inventory in the IIS, and temperature log submission in Redcap, including any outstanding items. Please ensure that your facility inventory is accurate in the IIS, as current inventory can affect a site's allocation.
If we have reached out to you regarding missing accountability items, please complete them as soon as possible as they will prevent you from receiving a vaccine allocation. Please contact us as soon as possible with questions!

The Vaccine Management Plan template has been updated to reflect the new annual vaccine coordinator training requirements as well as integrating Adult Vaccine Program (AVP) content for providers that are dually enrolled in CVP and AVP. This template should be used by providers who are dually-enrolled in CVP and AVP and those that are only enrolled in CVP or AVP. Providers who are only enrolled in one of the programs, simply need to complete the sections of the template that are relevant to the program in which they’re enrolled.
