W9 Forms for Growers
Submitting a completed W9 form is required before growers can accept FMNP transactions. CDP (Custom Data Processing, Inc) is obligated to send growers the IRS form 1099K annually.
To produce a completed 1099K form, growers must provide CDP with their correct Federal Tax ID/FEI through a W9 form which is provided by the IRS. Growers will complete the W9 containing that needed information.
If CDP is assessed any fees from the IRS because of growers’ failure to provide CDP with the correct tax information, the grower shall reimburse CDP for any such fees.

Market Manager Updates
Attention Market Managers,
Please review the most recent approved FMNP grower list sent to you. If you have any additions or changes to the list, please email those to us at FMNPTeam@doh.wa.gov.
We've received the Monthly Fruit and Vegetable (CVB) signs, which are pictured here. These signs are intended for display during the offseason of FMNP (June 1 - Oct. 31) for those approved markets and farm stores open year-around. These will be mailed out in the coming weeks to markets and farm stores who are approved to accept benefits outside of the FMNP season.
Please distribute the signs among your approved growers indicated on the FMNP growers list you received. If you need more signs, please email us at FMNPTeam@doh.wa.gov with the quantity and we will be happy to mail them to you.

Weekly Direct Deposits
Growers will receive payments weekly, on Tuesday evenings. Please ensure the correct bank information is displayed in the Vendor Details page. If you have questions regarding bank information in the portal, please contact us at FMNPTeam@doh.wa.gov.
Direct deposits will appear on bank statements as "EFUNDS CORP RTLRSTLMT" as shown below:
Add Up to FOUR Market Locations in the Vendor Portal
The FMNP Vendor Portal has undergone a significant improvement. Previously, growers couldn't add any locations to their profiles. Now, the system allows adding up to four locations. While some growers operate at more than four locations, this new feature is a positive step forward, providing greater flexibility and enables growers to access market-specific data for the first time.
Please refer to the "Farmers Market Portal Name Style Guide" growers were sent to name each market properly in the Vendor Portal. If you did not receive one, please email us at FMNPTeam@doh.wa.gov for a copy.
You can add market locations by clicking on the farm name in the portal and going to the bottom of the Vendor Details page where it says, "Edit Locations."
