Last Years Growers Do NOT Need to Reapply for 2024 Season
We are in the middle of the contract cycle for growers. If you are a grower that was approved last season and took transactions, you do not need to apply again ahead of the 2024 FMNP season.
If you are a new grower, or did not participate in the 2023 season, you must submit a grower application found here.
W-9 Forms/Grower Authorization
W-9 forms are still required for all new growers before they can accept FMNP transactions. If you were an approved grower for the 2023 season, you do not need to submit a new W-9 form unless there has been a change in your business (name, tax ID, etc.).
Four things are needed for FMNP grower approval:
1. Grower Application
2. CDP Merchant Agreement (sent to grower after state staff reviews grower application)
3. W-9 form
4. Voided check with bank info displayed in CDP Merchant Agreement (info must match)
Please email us at FMNPTeam@doh.wa.gov if you have any questions or need assistance.

WIC Direct Vendor Portal Highlight
Manual Card Entry
NEW this season will be the ability to manually enter WIC and Senior Card numbers into the Vendor Portal in place of scanning the QR code.
This is a secondary option if the QR code is damaged, lost, or otherwise not working.
|
|
|
After selecting "New Purchase" from the dropdown menu, select "Manually Enter Card," which brings up the image on the left. Enter the 16-digit card number. It will bring up the same transaction screen you would see if you had scanned a QR code.
This will be discussed more in detail during our trainings on April 25.
