A community event with food, music, and art gallery as well as DOH Care-A-Van to provide vaccinations and health screenings including blood pressure and blood glucose readings.
Surviving the Stigma - A Community Conversation on HIV/AIDS

Momentum Professional Strategy Partners’ Elevate Black Wellness campaign is back with another community conversation called 'Surviving the Stigma'. Speakers will dive into the challenges, triumphs, and nuances of navigating life while being impacted by HIV/AIDS, especially in the backdrop of the pandemic.
