WDRS COVID-19 Workflows & Reports Survey

Dear COVID-19 WDRS investigators,

The WDRS COVID-19 Development team invites you to take a survey specifically for COVID-19 reports and workflows in WDRS. The survey should take approximately 5-15 minutes (at most).

Goal: We are seeking feedback on whether COVID-19-specific workflows and reports are still being utilized in WDRS.

  • Unanimously unused items will be “disabled,” meaning we can always re-enable them if needed.
  • Items that do not have a unanimous vote will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis to determine next steps.
    • We will not disable anything that is being used, without confirming a reasonable workaround with the user/s first.
