We'd like to take this opportunity to bust some rumors we're hearing from the immunization community. The rumor is that there is a flu vaccine shortage. This is NOT true. The Childhood Vaccine Program (CVP) has plenty of flu vaccine available to order. Flu vaccine can be ordered at any time throughout the season and does not have to be ordered on your typical ordering schedule. Please place your flu order in the IIS as you need it and ensure you have enough stock on hand by ordering again before you run out of supply.
As a reminder, shipping delays occur over the holidays, so you'll want to plan accordingly to ensure you have adequate stock of flu vaccine and other childhood vaccines over the holidays. Please visit our holiday shipping calendar to learn more.
December 7th is the last day to place orders to ensure delivery before January!
