CQAC COVID-19 Guidance Update
Washington State Department of Health sent this bulletin at 10/31/2022 04:28 PM PDTAt its special meeting on October 6, 2022, the Commission voted to remove the “CQAC COVID-19 Guidance” from its website based on Governor Inslee’s decision to rescind all remaining COVID-19 emergency proclamations and state of emergency by October 31, 2022. Although this guidance document has been removed from the website, chiropractors must still comply with any other applicable proclamations, orders and rules related to the COVID-19 pandemic. This includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the Secretary of Health’s Order 20-03.9 that requires every person in Washington state, including those that are vaccinated, to wear a face covering that covers their nose and mouth when they are indoors in a health care setting, including a chiropractic clinic; a long-term care setting; and a correctional or jail facility when the county in which the facility is located has a medium or high CDC COVID-19 Community Level.
