Urgent Notice: Adult Pfizer Vaccine Not Available to Order 10/28 - 11/4

Please see the information below regarding a pause in Adult Pfizer Vaccine orders and delays in shipments during the Pediatric Vaccine rollout.

• To allow for the roll out of Pfizer Pediatric (5-11) Launch, Pfizer adult ordering will be turned off from October 28^th at 12:00 P.M. through November 4^th 6 A.M.
• Orders that are placed on or before October 28^th will be delivered 24-48 hours after approval in the IIS.
• In order to ensure adult Pfizer vaccine arrives prior to the suspension of deliveries, we encourage all providers to place their orders by the 26^th of October to ensure timely delivery.
• Pfizer adult deliveries will be suspended on November 2^nd through November 9^th. As a reminder, once an order is approved providers will receive the doses 24-48 business hours after approval in the Immunization Information System (IIS).
• Orders that are placed on November 4^th will be delivered to providers around the 9^th or 10^th of November. 

** Please remember that doses can be requested and transferred from the Vaccine Advertisement Page in the WA IIS.

• Ordering and shipments for Janssen and Moderna will continue as normal.
