Helpful Hints

Your Expired Agreement May Impact Your COVID-19 Vaccine Order

If your clinic has an expired provider agreement for the Childhood Vaccine Program and you are also enrolled in the COVID-19 Vaccine Program, you may not be able to order COVID-19 vaccines either. Please ensure your 2021 Childhood Vaccine Program Provider Agreement gets renewed by this Friday to avoid any impacts to ordering childhood vaccine AND COVID-19 vaccines.
