Prevent COVID-19 Infections in Home Care Settings
Washington State Department of Health sent this bulletin at 02/02/2021 01:22 PM PSTTo better fight COVID-19, the Washington State Department of Health is working with Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to give an infectious disease survey to frontline healthcare workers. This survey is part of a project called Project Firstline.
Project Firstline is trying to stop the spread of infections in Washington healthcare settings through interactive trainings and resources.
We estimate the survey will take about 15 minutes to complete.
Help us in our efforts to improve continued training by taking this survey. Tell us your learning needs. The results will help develop the future trainings for home care and home health healthcare workers.
Here is the link to the survey:

Please complete the survey by 5pm on Friday, March 26th.
The survey is best viewed on a computer or laptop. If you choose to use another device (for example, a tablet, iPhone, Android, etc.), it is best viewed in landscape mode for a wider screen. The survey works best in Chrome, Microsoft Edge, and Safari web browsers.
We appreciate your help in getting this survey to as many healthcare workers as possible. Please share this survey link with other healthcare providers and caregivers in your organization.
For questions, please contact mady.schuh@doh.wa.gov
Thank you in advance for making this a successful survey. You are providing for your future and the future healthcare workers in Washington State.
