If you are in a county that is not listed, be sure to check the status of your renewal in the IIS. If you do not have an approved 2019 agreement, your ordering privileges have now been suspended. To avoid dis-enrollment from the Childhood Vaccine Program, please renew your agreement today! Refer to the Renewal Schedule to see when your renewal was due.

Multi-Dose Vial Usage

MDVs can be used until the expiration date printed on the vial unless the vaccine is contaminated or compromised in some way or there is a Beyond Use Date (BUD) noted in the package insert. Refer to the Vaccine Storage and Handling Toolkit for more information.


New Adult Vaccine Program Contact

We have a new email contact for providers in the Adult Vaccine Program (AVP). The Washington State Adult Vaccine Program (AVP) provides vaccine for adults 19 years of age and older who are uninsured or underinsured. For questions related to AVP, please email WAAdultVaccines@doh.wa.gov.

Immunization Catch-Up Schedule and School and Child Care Requirements Updates

The Department of Health will discuss the immunization catch-up schedule, immunization rules and exceptions, and updates to school and child care immunization requirements. Our immunization Nurse Consultants, Trang Kuss, RN, MN, MPH, and Katherine Graff, RN, BSN, will present for this webinar.
