Housing Trust Fund (HTF) Handbook updates

Chapter 1 is now available for review and feedback

Throughout 2024, the Multifamily Housing Unit will be providing multiple opportunities to get oriented to and provide input on the updates to the HTF Handbook, as we engage in a multi-part chapter-by-chapter public review process.

• A revised version of Chapter 1, covering Housing Trust Fund statutory criteria, is now available for review. (PDF)
• You can also view the original version or compare the original to the new one with a marked-up copy. (PDF)

The HTF team will provide an overview of the substantive changes made to this chapter and provide opportunities for engagement at the first in a series of public meetings.

• First public review meeting: Feb. 20, 2024, from 1 to 2:30 p.m.

Commerce is also accepting feedback and input on this revised HTF Handbook chapter via email.

• Contact the HTF stakeholders with your input by March 8, 2024.
• Use the subject line “HTF Handbook: Chapter 1” with your email.

You can always find the latest information on the HTF Handbook review process on the Resources & Trainings page of the HTF website, which will update as each new chapter’s revisions are released.
