New funding opportunity to preserve affordable housing open now
Housing Trust Fund NOFA #HFU-2021-04
The Department of Commerce is happy to announce a new solicitation for projects seeking capital funding to preserve affordable housing in the state Housing Trust Fund portfolio.
Applications will be considered for existing Housing Trust Fund multifamily rental projects seeking preservation funding.
Deadline: Applications are due to the Department of Commerce by Noon on Dec. 31, 2021.

Please download and carefully review the 2021 HTF Housing Preservation Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) for specific information regarding funding requirements and priorities, the process for applying and dates of significance.
This NOFA and application materials are also available on the Applying to the Housing Trust Fund webpage. Please note that several NOFAs are published concurrently. This solicitation is NOFA #HFU-2021-04.
Award announcements are anticipated in March 2022.
