Webinar: Introduction of the Clean Buildings Standard Pre-rulemaking

By Nov. 1, 2020, Commerce must establish a state energy performance standard for covered commercial buildings.

Commerce will launch the development of rules for adoption of the state energy performance standard for buildings on Oct. 30. During this event, Commerce will provide a webinar outlining the standard and approach to developing rules. This webinar will be recorded and available for viewing later in the week. This will be followed by a number of in-person meetings in November and December.
