Federal Court Finds
Bans on Outdoor Sleeping may Violate
the US Constitution
Earlier this month,
the Ninth U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that Boise, Idaho may not
prosecute people for sleeping outdoors in public places if they cannot obtain
shelter.
