The Navy Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) and Technology Transfer (STTR) program is known as "America's Seed Fund." The Department of Defense (DoD) awards over $300 million in contracts to small businesses with technology and innovations that may be developed for military applications. If you are a Pacific Northwest company seeking to learn more and compete for this funding, plan to attend the DoD Navy SBIR/STTR Innovation Summit.
