Poster Session applications deadline extended to Tuesday, Sept. 29

Don't miss this opportunity to showcase your research and innovation to your industry peers, as well as the NIH and HHS representatives in attendance. The Poster Session is focused on fostering discussions that may lead to collaborations, as well as providing an opportunity to identify potential research partners. Participants will receive valuable feedback concerning their idea, technology validation, business model selection, team and strategy.  The deadline for Poster Session applications has been extended toTuesday, September 29th.  Click here to submit an application.

Who should apply?
NIH SBIR and STTR Phase I and Phase II awardees, early stage entrepreneurs, research teams, or startups from across the life sciences and healthcare sector who want to network and receive feedback on their idea. NOTE: This is a public meeting and sharing proprietary information could affect your ability to patent.

Cost to Participate?
If selected, the fee to participate in the Poster Session is $175.  Individuals that have already registered for the conference will be refunded the difference.

Participation Includes:

  • easel and display area for your 24" x 36" poster
  • visibility on the conference website
  • one complimentary admission to the conference
  • the opportunity to register up to one additional company representative at 50% of the registration fee
