Customer service affected by COVID-19 response

The Department of Labor & Industries (L&I) wants you to know there may be delays in responding to phone calls and emails in the foreseeable future. We have fewer staff working at our office locations because of the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, and our agency has a significant role in our state’s response to the outbreak, so it might take longer than normal to respond to your communication.
