Campus parking updates
As employees begin to return to work on the Capitol Campus, the DES Parking Office has a few updates on parking options.
Single day pass
- Capitol Campus employees can purchase day passes for $2.80.
- Go to any visitor lot and choose "Day Pass CTR" from the meter.
- Place the receipt on your dashboard.
- Park in your agency’s assigned parking area (visitor lots are reserved for visitors).
Purchase up to eight day passes at once
- Visit the Parking Office at 1110 Capitol Way S., Suite 210, 8:30-3 on Wednesdays, or email parking@des.wa.gov.
- You will receive a hanger to put on your rearview mirror. Record the parking dates on the hanger.
Monthly passes
After 13 days of parking, it becomes more cost effective to pay for monthly parking ($2.80*13 = $36.40). Employees can sign up for a payroll deduction of $35 per month, or purchase a single month pass for $35 from the Parking Office.
