January 2022
We’re kicking off 2022 with a more modern newsletter format. Known previously as the "Frontline Supervisor" newsletter, we've simplified the title to be more inclusive of those who might not consider themselves to be on the front lines. Also, the email you'll receive now provides previews of articles with links to the full content, available on the Department of Enterprise Services' Medium blog under Employee Assistance Program. And we’ve added a “Research & Resources” section with information on current issues which might be of help to you.
What hasn't changed is our commitment to provide information that supports your health, safety and well-being as public service employees. Going forward, we hope you'll share EAP information with your teams on a regular basis. Promoting well-being resources reduces stigma and normalizes the use of EAP services. Thank you for reading, and welcome to the new year.
