Please join us on December 4th from 10:30-12:00 for a webinar on the Early Support for Infants and Toddlers (ESIT) program’s rule-writing process.  Sharon Walsh and Ross Taylor, national IDEA consultants, and ESIT will describe the development of Washington Administrative Code (WAC) for IDEA, Part C early intervention services in Washington State.  Participants will have the opportunity to provide feedback on:  
              
1) the structure, order and format of the draft WAC,
2) development of a communication and distribution plan,
3) local training and technical assistance needs, and
4) WAC implementation challenges and opportunities.

Please review the draft WAC prior to the webinar. 

This webinar will provide the same information that was presented at the September 25, 2013 stakeholder meeting, held at Puget Sound Educational Service District in Renton.
