Training environment information (repeat)

Hello ESIT DMS Users,
We have been getting a few questions (of late) about the ESIT DMS Training Environment.
I am attaching some information I sent out in March 2012 that should be of help.

In summary,
- No "real" children are in the Training Environment
- Totally separate userlist, passwords
- Lead Agency Managers, Lead FRCs and Agency Managers may add any users you'd like
- If you were in the ITEIP Database (in 2011), your user was copied over to Training
- If you joined in ESIT after go-live, you need to be added
If Lead Agency Manager, Lead FRCs or Agency Managers have trouble accessing the Training Environment, please email the ESIT Help Desk and we'll get you in. Email address for Help Desk is: esit.help@del.wa.gov

The attachment also contains links to the original webinar recordings (go-live in 2011) and the written training guides.
New FRCs will need to contact me, via email, for a link to the latest DMS training webinar (not posted to website yet).
