ESIT DMS Notification to LEA Reminder

Hello ESIT DMS Users,

The notification to LEA monthly report will run just before midnight on the 15th.

FRCs, I'd like to remind you to check the "Potentially Eligible for Part B" checkbox for any of your children that should be included in the monthly notification to school districts.

If a child is in the 9 months to 90 days "window" (before their third birthday) and the box is checked in the transition tab of the DMS, their directory information will be added to the report that school districts receive on the 16th.

Please check the box as soon as you know. If you should wait until the end of the "window" (90 days before the child's third birthday), it's more likely that a late notification will occur. The notification to LEA report is generated only once per month.
