Updates to the Early Achievers Participant Operating Guidelines

As Early Achievers expands statewide, the Department of Early Learning (DEL) will continue to review implementation successes and challenges to identify areas for system improvement. The Early Achievers Participant Operating Guidelines will be updated annually in order to provide clarification on existing policies and procedures and remove policies and procedures that are no longer in place.
In the case that there is a change in Early Achievers policy between annual Operating Guidelines updates, the information will be shared with participants in the following ways: via the Early Achievers Participant listserve; in a mailed letter; and through Child Care Aware of Washington (CCA of WA) Regional Coordinators and Technical Assistance Specialists.
