July DAHP IT Quarterly

Greetings DAHP'ers!

  This is your mobile phone quarterly reminder to:

1. COMP Portal - Log into the Comp Portal app on your mobile device.  Check your Notifications section in the app to see if you require updates.
2. Teams App - Open your Teams app so you receive notifications.
3. Backup Photos to OneDrive - Open your OneDrive app to prompt your photos to automatically download.
4. Voicemails - Manage your voicemails.
5. Downloaded Records - Transfer all records from your mobile device, label them based on content, and file them for records retention.

  Want to confirm your photographs are uploading to your OneDrive?

1. Open your OneDrive app.
2. Tap your profile in the top left corner.
3. Go to Settings and select Camera Backup.
4. Make sure your account is checked.  It should look like the image below, showing Upload Using Cellular Data, Include Videos, and Organize by Month all checked.  If these choices weren’t already selected, your photos should automatically backup now but give it some time to fully transfer images.
5. Remember to open your OneDrive app regularly to prompt the automatic download.
