Please be advised, 4th Avenue between Rose and Cherry Street will be closed on Thursday, Sept. 25, 2025, for intersection work in coordination with the Sumach Street IRRP Project. Local traffic will be allowed.
Sumach Street between 4th and 6th Avenue remains closed through October 2025 for roadway and utility improvements in coordination with the Sumach Street IRRP Project.
