Evan Auerbach Smart Commuter Q3 2019

Smart Commuter - 3rd Quarter: Evan Auerbach

Evan Auerbach chooses to ride his bike to work at Premera Blue Cross, and has been doing so for almost 7 years.  Evan says, "I chose to start biking to work because I wanted to reduce my carbon footprint.  I bike year-round regardless of the weather and encourage my coworkers to use smart transportation options."

Congratulations, Evan!  See our Smart Commuter page here.

Smart Commuter Rewards is a quarterly incentive program that helps large businesses motivate employees to reduce their drive-alone trips and vehicle miles traveled.

How to participate: Employees at Community Transit CTR sites in Snohomish County or Bothell who log at least 16 days of non-drive alone trips per month on RideshareOnline.com are eligible for Smart Commuter of the Quarter and the $250 prize.  At the end of each quarter, those who are eligible will receive an email from Community Transit to complete their official self-nomination form.

Thank you!

We would like to thank you all for another exciting year.  We appreciate the hard work you put in to your programs, the information you provide in your quarterly reports, the time you put into your training hours, and your feedback to help us improve our CTR program.  The list goes on!

Looking Forward to 2020

We are looking forward to another successful year supporting you and your programs, as well as working with you to come up with new and exciting ideas!

Please take some time to review the upcoming year.  What are your goals as an ETC in 2020?  What are your goals to reduce single occupancy vehicles coming to your site?  How are you going to achieve those goals?  How are you going to inspire behavior change?

Here are a couple resources we put together to help you plan:
