Around the Bell Spring Break Camp (three- & five-day options)
When schools on break – we’ve got plenty of fun on the schedule for elementary age kids – arts, crafts, sports, games, and cultural activities. Kids must bring a lunch.
Ages: 6-10
Dates: April 8-12 from 6:30 am – 6:00 pm
Location: Les Gove Park Multi-Purpose Building
Fees: Five Day - $160/$200; Three Day - $100/$125 base on Auburn residency.
Spring Break Theater Camp: Disney’s Mulan, Jr.
The camp will emphasize voice, choreography, acting, set design, costuming and more! Kids will travel back to the legendary, storytelling days of ancient China with this action-packed stage adaptation of Disney’s Mulan. The Huns have invaded, and it is up to the misfit Mulan and her mischievous sidekick Mushu to save the Emperor! Disney’s MULAN JR. is a heartwarming celebration of culture, honor and a fighting spirit. The score includes favorites like Reflection, Honor to Us All and I’ll Make a Man Out of You as well as new songs that will get your audience up on its feet!
Ages: 7 through Grade 9
Location: Auburn Avenue Theater
Dates: April 8-12 from 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. and April 15-19 from 5:30-8:00 p.m. (Early drop-off at 8 a.m. and/or late pick-up by 5 p.m. may be arranged in advance.)
Performances will be held on Friday, April 19 at 7 p.m.; Saturday, April 20 at 2 p.m. & 7 p.m..; Sunday, April 21 at 2 p.m. – all performances are $6
Fee: $160/$200 based on Auburn residency
Kids Crawlers Rock Climbing Camp
This week-long camp is designed to introduce climbing knowledge, skills and general climbing knowledge to youth. With both in-class and outdoor workshops, this program is aimed to create a desire for climbing and a way for young people to stay active with like-minded peers.
Ages: 5-12
Location: Parks, Arts & Rec Admin. Bldg.
Dates: April 8-12, 9:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.
Fee: $81/$102 based on Auburn residency
Teen XTreme Spring Camp
When schools on break – we’ve got plenty of fun on the schedule. On Monday it is a visit Southcenter Mall & Gameworks; Tuesday is a trip to Fort Worden & Port Townsend; Wednesday is a day at Castle Ice Skating & Woodland Park Zoo; Thursday has the teens visiting Family Fun Center & ACME Bowling; and Friday is double movie day.
Ages: 11-15
Location: Leaves daily from the Parks, Arts & Recreation Administration Bldg.
Dates: April 8-12, 9:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.
Fee: $128/$160 based on Auburn residency
