National Night Out returns to Auburn this summer, marking an important night of community building, collaborative partnerships, and neighborhood camaraderie throughout the city.
National Night Out takes place each year on the first Tuesday in August in cities and communities across the nation. This year’s event is on Tuesday, August 5.
Many communities throughout the city will be hosting a variety of special events such as block parties, cookouts, youth activities, and visits from City of Auburn officials, staff, and police to get better acquainted with neighbors and promote a more connected Auburn.
If your neighborhood wishes to host an event, click below and get your neighborhood registered before Friday, July 25 to receive promotional items such as postcard invitations, flyers, posters, and an event banner free of charge.
Events that register before the July 25 deadline can request a City of Auburn representative to make an appearance and meet the community in your neighborhood, connecting with them.
National Night Out is one of the most significant days of the year for residents who want to feel more connected and a part of the city they live in. The City of Auburn truly believes this event makes our city a more caring and welcoming place to live!
