SKHHP Housing Capital Fund

Now accepting applications! The SKHHP Housing Capital Fund is the first of its kind in South King County. The SKHHP Housing Capital Fund invests local funding from SKHHP member cities for the creation and preservation of affordable homes for low and moderate income households in South King County.

Approximately $1.5 million is available in 2022, with applications due September 15. Please refer to the SKHHP website for more information on project eligibility requirements, this year's funding priorities, and application process. Interested applicants should contact Angela San Filippo to arrange a pre-application meeting.

Upcoming Meetings and Events
