The purpose is to foster the growth of the arts in Auburn through the presentation of various arts programs, community initiatives and program partnerships. Through a shared vision, leadership and service, the Auburn Arts Commission's goal is to integrate the arts into all aspects of community life.
Potential candidates must live within city limits of Auburn, WA. Selected applicants would serve a three year term from January 2020 - December 2022.

Block Print Holiday Cards In this family-friendly class you will learn how to transfer an image to a linoleum block, carve the block, and print your own handmade holiday cards! Get into the festive spirit and maybe start a new tradition by trying this simple and fun printing process. All materials for this class will be provided.

Becky Frehse
“Fiddle Woods” is a mixed-media installation by Tacoma artist Becky Frehse that includes assemblages of natural wood branches, musical instruments, found objects, ceramic parts, and lighting to suggest a forest engaged in a musical concert through color, gesture, and light.
