Greetings!

It’s already time to start thinking about summer fun and we are so excited for AuburnFest!

Last August, the City of Auburn hosted the summer event for the first time. We’ve learned a lot and are working hard to improve the festival for 2018. The summertime festival will be held at Les Gove Park with the Auburn Days Parade along Main Street in downtown Auburn.

We are excited to announce 2018 AuburnFest and we hope you consider joining us as a vendor, a participant, a sponsor, or a spectator.

We are now accepting registrations for all Vendors, Parade applicants, Car Show and Poker Run participants.

Below are the event components for 2018:

Friday, August 10 | Almost 5K Poker Fun Run 7 Walk 7pm | Les Gove Park A fun run held in conjunction with the Summer Sounds & Cinema concert and outdoor movie at Les Gove Park. Register online or download the entry form Early Registration Fee (by July 29, 2018) - $20  Registration Fee (July 30 - August 8, 2018) - $23 On-Site Registration Fee - $25 (on site registration begins at 5:30 PM on Friday, August 10)

Saturday, August 11 | Auburn Days PARADE 11am | Main Street in downtown Auburn The Auburn Days Parade will feature a variety of marching bands, drill teams, dancers, one-of-a-kind cars, plus so much more. The one-mile parade route travels west along Main St. from E St. NE to A St. NW. Apply online or download a parade application

COMMUNITY FESTIVAL Saturday, August 11 | AUBURNFEST 11am-7pm | Les Gove Park AuburnFest will include two entertainment stages, a beer garden, food vendors, craft and specialty vendors, community and non-profit vendors, a literary showcase, a super slide, inflatables, a rock-wall, a train, pony rides, mini golf and much more! Les Gove Park also includes a fantastic playground, a spraypark, and a brand new Community and Event Center and Teen Center. Saturday, August 11 | Commemorative CAR SHOW 11-4pm | Les Gove Park A fun Car Show for Antique, Classic, Hot Rod, Street Rod, Muscle, and Unique Cars. Awards in 15 Categories. Free Dash Plaque for first 100 to register. Register online or download a car show entry form

The City of Auburn has a long history of producing community special events. Petpalooza, the award-winning pet festival in May attracts over 15,000 participants and 150+ vendors, KidsDay in June attracts over 12,000 participants and 100+ vendors; Auburn’s 4th of July festival attracts nearly 15,000 participants; and the Veteran’s Day Parade and Observance in November includes over 25,000 spectators and nearly 5,000 parade participants.
