Dear Virginia COVID-19 Community Ambassador,

❤️ Let’s share positive steps for improved emotional health. Support by sharing this link, with resources compiled by our friends at the CDC. But first, try it yourself. Watch the video + explore the tools based on how you are feeling. Then share the link with family, friends, + community members via text, email, or on social media. When sharing, use your own words + speak from the heart to communicate why this is important.

To be included in our Mission 9 recap, let us know how you share!

☎️ P.S. Call (or text) to cope. In addition to the resources outlined above, did you know Virginia has a “Warmline?” Due to the circumstances of COVID-19, the Virginia C.O.P.E.S. Warmline was created to connect Virginians with counselors available to chat + extend coping resources. You may choose to utilize + share this free resource for more personal support. Anyone can call or text 877-349-6428.
Available Monday-Friday 9am-9pm + Saturday-Sunday from 5-9pm. Spanish speaking counselors available.
