For many, gambling or betting is simply a form of entertainment, and most adults can do so responsibly. However, for some people, gambling can turn into something that significantly disrupts their daily lives. Problem gambling happens when gambling behavior negatively affects personal or family relationships, work or finances.
There is hope if you, or someone you care about, is concerned about gambling. Learn about the warning signs and support resources available.

March is National Social Work Month. This is a great opportunity to honor the compassion, dedication and expertise of our CSB social workers. Social workers play a vital role in supporting individuals and families, providing services similar to clinical counselors as they help people navigate challenges, build resilience and access essential resources. We are grateful for their unwavering commitment to improving lives and strengthening our community.
Thank you to all social workers for the profound impact you make every day!

Many in our community lack consistent access to menstrual products, creating challenges at home, work and school. The Menstrual Product Drive helps address this need by gathering essential items for local organizations.
From March 2-31, please consider donating new, unopened tampons, pads, liners or menstrual cups to this campaign to support our neighbors.
The CSB is serving as a collection site at: Sharon Bulova Center, 8221 Willow Oaks Corporate Drive, Fairfax, VA, 22031.
