Communicator will break for spring: Unless there is an urgent message to communicate, the next issue of Communicator will publish on Tuesday, April 19. Have a great break!
During April, join in these PWCS observances:
No excuse for child abuse, it's Child Abuse Prevention Month
Join in recognizing April as National Child Abuse Prevention Month in collaboration with Stop Child Abuse Now (SCAN) of Northern Virginia. Child abuse is a devastating social issue that cuts across all boundaries of race, education levels, and income brackets. PWCS is dedicated to the safety and protection of our students, and is participating in the Pinwheels for Prevention® campaign. Learn more and find resources.
Month of the Military Child Spirit Week is April 18-22: Military-connected children can be affected by mobility, transition, deployments, and family separation. You are encouraged to participate in a Division-wide Spirit Week to honor their sacrifices. See the suggested activities for each day on the Month of the Military Child page.

Employees will continue to be able to view, download, and print their paystubs directly from the Employee Self Service (ESS) portal. The final email containing the paystub will be on the April 29, 2022, pay date. Ensure your access to ESS in advance of the May 15, 2022, pay date. Instructions are on the Employee Self Service webpage.
