 Dear Clermont Families,
🎃 Trunk-or-Treat is this Friday!
Join us Friday, October 16, from 6–7 p.m. in the Clermont Elementary School parking lot for a spooktacular evening of family fun! Please read below for volunteer opportunities, pizza orders, and important reminders.
🚗 We Still Need Trunks!
We’re especially hoping to see more 1st and 6th grade families sign up to host a trunk, and families from all grades are welcome! Decorations can be simple—your participation is what makes this event special.

Let us make dinner easier! Order pizza in advance, and it will be ready for you at the event.
All pizza orders are due by Thursday, October 15, at 6 p.m. ET. Pizza must be purchased in advance; no day-of purchases will be available.

🌦️ Weather Update
Trunk-or-Treat is still planned as scheduled. Although rain is in the forecast, it currently appears that it will end before the event begins. If that changes, please check the PTA Facebook page and PTA website for updates. Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/ClermontElementaryPTA/ Website: https://www.clermontpta.org/home
🏡 Let’s Be Good Neighbors!
Please help us show care for our school and surrounding community:
- Observe the “No Parking” area shown in the attached map.
- Keep residential driveways clear and park courteously on neighborhood streets.
- Place all candy wrappers, pizza boxes, and other trash in the waste bins provided.
- Please do not litter on school grounds or in the neighborhood.
A little courtesy goes a long way toward keeping our community clean, welcoming, and safe.
👨👩👧👦 Reminder: Not a Drop-Off Event Parents and guardians must remain on school grounds throughout the event and are responsible for supervising their children.
Thank you for helping make this a frightfully fun night for our Clermont Eagles. We look forward to seeing you Friday!
