Hey Chargers crew! New week, new chances to connect. Here’s the PTSA scoop—quick, helpful, and easy to act on for students, staff, parents, and guardians.
This Week’s Vibe
We’re kicking off the week with one big message: CHS PTSA is for everyone. Parents, guardians, students, staff, and community members all help make Chantilly stronger. This week’s vibe is simple—join the PTSA, bring your voice to the September 3 meeting, help where you can, and keep an eye out for the Tilly Thursday kickoff on September 10 or later, Taste of Chantilly, ANGP registration, and student representative opportunities.

Weekly Drop
-
PTSA Meeting: Join us September 3 at 7 p.m. in the CHS Library. Come hear updates, ask questions, and learn how PTSA supports students, staff, and families.
-
Membership Drive: If you have been meaning to join, this is your sign. PTSA membership helps fund programs, scholarships, grants, staff appreciation, advocacy, and community-building efforts.
-
Student Member Drive: Students can join too. Student membership helps make student voice part of the conversation.
-
Student Rep Meeting: Date and time TBD. Interested students should watch for details and consider stepping into a leadership role. Must be a member to be a student representative.
-
Tilly Thursday Kickoff: The afterschool snack table is expected to start September 10 or later, and PTSA needs adult volunteers to help make it happen.
-
Taste of Chantilly: More details coming soon. This is a great opportunity to celebrate community, food, and connection.
-
ANGP Registration Drive: Families of seniors should watch for registration updates and volunteer opportunities for the All Night Grad Party.
Quick Add-Ins
-
Students: Join PTSA, share your ideas, and consider becoming a student representative. Your voice helps shape programs and events.
-
Staff: PTSA is here to support you through appreciation events, grants, and community connection. Please share needs and ideas with us.
-
Parents/Guardians: Joining PTSA does not mean you are signing up for a huge time commitment. Membership alone helps strengthen CHS.
-
Community Members: You do not need to have a student at CHS to support the Charger community. Membership and volunteering both make a difference.

Still wondering if PTSA is for you? Here is the myth to leave behind: joining PTSA does not require volunteering. If you can volunteer, wonderful—we need you (see QR codes below). If you can only join, that matters too. Every membership helps CHS PTSA support students, staff, families, and the traditions that make Chantilly feel connected.
