BULLDOG FAMILY UPDATE | WEEK OF AUGUST 31, 2026
HELLO, BULLDOG FAMILY!
What an amazing first week of school! Our students did a great job of representing Westfield in the classrooms, on the field, and in the stands. Each fall team had a chance to compete last week and did a great job showing our Bulldog Pride. We had a great turnout for Friday’s football game vs Patriot. What an exciting game it was! Looking forward to seeing you all Monday - Thursday as our competitions continue.
CLEAR BAG POLICY NOW IN EFFECT
Fairfax County Schools will be implementing a clear bag policy for all spectators at all Athletic Contests. Anything larger than 4.5” x 6.5” must be in a clear bag. Get your clear bag from our Boosters!! Small clutch bags, medical, and diaper bags are allowed. All schools will now have weapons detection at every varsity football game as well. Please show up early and be patient as we all work through these new procedures.
BULLDOGS IN ACTION
With the preseason now behind us, the Bulldogs turn their attention to a full week of regular-season competition. Good luck to all of our teams as we get the 2026-2027 school year underway!
