FCPS will be using a new student activities registration platform, FinalForms, beginning this school year.  All high school students who plan to participate in sports or VHSL activities (Debate, One Act, Speech, and It’s Academic) must register using Final Forms.  

The parent or guardian listed as the enrolling parent in the FCPS Student Information System (SIS) will receive an email with instructions for creating an account and completing the registration process on FinalForms.  Only the enrolling parent will receive the initial email invitation.

1. IF YOU ARE A STUDENT TRANSFER:

If you did not attend Robinson Secondary School last year and therefore will answer no to the transfer question during your registration, you must click on the link below to the Athletic Eligibility and Transfer Gateway to begin the eligibility determination process. This applies to any new student grades 9-12 at Robinson. All transfer students will be considered ineligible to participate in athletics until the process of determining athletic eligibility has been completed.

Student Transfers must submit a Transfer application IN ADDITION to the FinalForms registration.

2. ONLINE ATHLETIC REGISTRATION (FinalForms)

FCPS will be using a new athletic registration platform, FinalForms, beginning Fall 2026.

All parents with students registered in grades 9-12 will receive a confirmation email fromFinalForms. These emails will be delivered to the email address associated with the enrolling parent by July 7.

3. TURN IN A COMPLETED VHSL PHYSICAL FORM

Beginning May 1, 2025, FCPS student-athletes are expected to have athletic physicals completed on the new VHSL Athletic Participation/Parental Consent/Evaluation Form (revised April 2025).

• At minimum, pages 1, 2, and 3 of the new form are required in order to be eligible to participate.

• This form will be valid for a period of 14 months from the date the form is signed by the medical provider completing the exam. This is the date on the Medical Eligibility Form (page 3).
