Important Fall Sports Tryout and Registration Information

Bulldogs! The time has come for us to prepare for the 2026-2027 Sports Season.

Below you will find the important dates and tryout schedules for our 2026 Fall Sports season, along with instructions for completing required registration forms.

• August 3: All Fall Sports Begin (except Golf)
• August 10–12: Bulldog Boot Camp
• August 14–15: Team Pictures
• August 20: Bulldog BBQ
• September 11: Meet the Coach Night
• September 14: First Day of Flag Football
• October 2: Homecoming Football Game
• October 3: Homecoming Dance
• November 9: Winter Sports Begin
• February 22: Spring Sports Begin

Parent Account Setup (Getting Started)

1. Check Your Email: Look for an Account Confirmation Email from the FinalForms Mailman. Click Confirm Your Account within the email text.
2. Set Password: Create your new FinalForms password and click Confirm Account.
3. Log In: Your account will be confirmed, and you will be logged in.

Didn't receive a confirmation email?

1.   Go to https://fairfax-va.finalforms.com/
2.   Under the Parent Login icon, click Click Here for a Confirmation Email.
3.   Enter your email address and click Send Secure Link. If your email is not found, or if you are unsure of your email, use Forgot Your Email or contact your school administrator to update your contact information.

Registering a Student

• Information Needed: Basic medical history/health information, insurance company & policy number, contact details for doctor, dentist, and medical specialists, preferred hospital, and emergency contact information.
• Steps:

1. Go to https://fairfax-va.finalforms.com/ and click Login under the Parent Icon.
2. Click the Incomplete Forms button for the student you wish to register.
3. Select the checkboxes for any sport, activity, or club your student plans to participate in, then click Update.
4. Complete each form and type your full name in the parent signature field on each page. Click Submit Form to move to the next form.
5. Once all forms are completed, you will see a Forms Finished message. (Note: If required by the district, an automated email will prompt your student to sign their required forms as well).
6. To register additional students, click My Students and repeat the steps.

If you would like to make a contribution to our General athletics fund or towards a specific program, CLICK HERE. 100% of your contribution will go to Westfield High School and will offset the above costs.
