Class of 2026: FCPS Senior Survey

For seniors, a FCPS Senior Survey occurs every year. The data collected is used to build scattergrams in Naviance as well as documenting the student's post-secondary plans, final college decisions, FAFSA completion, and scholarship awarded amounts. If students are attending a 2-year/4-year college/university, then students must indicate where their final transcript should be sent. If the student fails to compete the senior survey and is attending a 2-year/4-year college/university, then the school does not know where to send the final transcript.

Students access Naviance Student through Schoology --> the Waffle menu in top right --> Naviance Student --> Scroll down the webpage to find Naviance Student Login. Information on how to complete the Senior Survey, please click here.

Class of 2026: Official Transcript Request Form

All seniors must have the Consent to Share Transcript to Colleges on file in order for the school to send the official transcript to 2-year/4-year colleges, military academies, military branches, scholarship organizations, and others. If this consent is not on file, we will not be able to release the official transcript to these organizations.

Part One: Please return completed forms to Ms. Bond in Student Services. If you've already signed the form, no need to sign again.

Part Two: Students must submit an Official Transcript Request for EACH college/university and indicate whether we need to upload the transcript to a college portal, Common Application, Coalition Application, or email/mail directly to the College Admissions Office.

Need Help With Groceries Over Summer Break?

Virginia SUN Bucks Logo

Virginia SUN Bucks helps eligible families pay for groceries during summer break, when most schools are closed. In 2026, each eligible school‑age child will receive a one‑time $120 benefit. Benefits will be added to your household’s SNAP EBT card. Eligible families who do not have a SNAP EBT card will be mailed a separate Virginia SUN Bucks card that works like a debit card.

You can use SUN Bucks to buy groceries — including fruits, vegetables, whole grains, dairy and meat — at grocery stores, farmers markets and other businesses that accept SNAP EBT benefits.

Most eligible families are automatically enrolled in Virginia SUN Bucks and don't need to apply. If you already participate in:

  • SNAP
  • Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF)
  • Students who are approved for Free/Reduced meals through the FCPS Office of Food and Nutrition (this is different from Consent to Share with CEP School Status)
  • Household Income Eligibility

If you're unsure if you qualify, you can visit the VA Sun Bucks website to take their eligibility quiz. If you need to apply, you can also find the link to their online application.
