The Dolphin Splash dance was such a fun night for our students and families. It was so nice to see everyone laughing, dancing, and enjoying time together. Moments like these remind me how special our school community really is when we have the chance to connect outside of the school day. Thank you to everyone who came out and helped make the evening such a joyful one for our students.
Purple Up! Save the Date!💜
April is the Month of the Military Child, a time to recognize and celebrate the resilience and sacrifices of our youngest heroes. To show our support, we are hosting a special Purple Up! Clap-in event, and we want you to be a part of it!
Please join us as we line the entrance to cheer and celebrate our students as they arrive for the school day.

Purple is the color that symbolizes all branches of the military, as it is a combination of Army green, Marine red, and Air Force, Navy, and Coast Guard blue. By wearing purple and joining our "Clap-in," we let our military-connected students know that their community stands behind them.
Honoring Our Youngest Heroes: Help us start their day with a round of applause and a lot of heart!
We are pleased to announce the 2026 Special Education Family Conference - Stronger Together: Connecting Families & Schools.
This no-cost, in-person event is hosted by Fairfax County Public Schools in collaboration with a host of internal and external community partners.
Families will have the opportunity to hear a keynote address from internationally renowned educator and advocate, Dr. Shelley Moore, connect to resources, and participate in afternoon sessions.
Childcare will be provided during both the morning and afternoon sessions. Special education staff will be available to care for children with high support needs. The childcare team is committed to providing a safe and supportive environment with an appropriate staff to child ratio. Families may request childcare support via the Conference Registration Form.
