🐾Woodlawn Pause with Ms. Hill

Hello Woodlawn Families!

Enjoy this week’s Woodlawn Pause called ZZZZ BREATH.

When we fall asleep at night, it helps to be in a relaxed state.  Taking in deep breaths can help to soften the body.  Holding the breath can create a pause and space in between things to experience a moment of peace.

The sound of zzzzz can also activate a relaxation response.   Try it before you fall asleep or if you are having trouble falling asleep!

You access the video here.
