To help minimize confusion and congestion at the end of the day, please submit dismissal changes to the office before 2:00 p.m. the day of the Early Dismissal.
All early pick-ups must be completed before 3:15 p.m. After 3:15 p.m., parents/guardians will need to wait until regular dismissal at 3:50 p.m. The buses are arriving, and we are completing end of day activities. Last minute changes make it hard to notify the teacher and sometimes locate the students quickly. On 3-hour early dismissal days, early pick-ups must be completed before 12:15 p.m. After 12:15 p.m., parents/guardians will need to wait until dismissal at 12:50 p.m. Thank you for your cooperation!

Hi Parents and Guardians!
We have an important update for those who volunteer at Clermont.
FCPS has implemented a new policy that requires all people who volunteer in a school to register in a new system -- Volunteer FCPS. This requirement covers anyone who will help out at Clermont (e.g., in the classroom, cafeteria, tent lunch or library). If you plan to volunteer at Clermont (and we hope you do!), please complete this process as soon as possible.
Here's how to do it:

Click "sign up."
Follow the steps. There are different levels of registration: Choose to be a Level 1 or Level 2 volunteer based on how often you volunteer. In addition to registering at Volunteer FCPS, you'll still check in at the school kiosk. If you may want to volunteer to chaperone a field trip, choose to be a Level 3 volunteer. A level 3 volunteer must undergo a criminal background check and provide fingerprints -- this requires a trip to a local collection site, but there are many of them in the area and scheduling an appointment is easy online.
We recognize that this additional step takes time and everyone is grateful to those who volunteer at Clermont! Thank you!
FCPS is asking all families to fill out a Federal Impact Aid Survey. The form is available in SIS ParentVUE under Online Packets, which is in the upper right corner of the screen after logging in. Please complete it as soon as possible. We will provide paper forms to families who have not completed the survey in ParentVUE starting Wednesday, November 12.
Completing this form for each school-aged child in every household is important. This year, FCPS expects to receive approximately $4 million in Impact Aid funding. These funds are used to support all Fairfax County public schools and centers.

Register for ParentVUE
Learn how to activate your SISParentVUE account, so you can easily submit your survey and have access to other helpful information about your child.
Technical support for using ParentVUE or submitting the survey online is available by submitting a Parent Support Request ticket. Select SISParent in the Application dropdown menu and type “Federal Impact Aid Survey” in the Issue Description section. You may also call the Parent Technology Help Desk at 833-921-3277 (833-921-FCPS).
