Principal Update 8/17/25

Welcome Back Mason Crest Tigers,

The teachers and staff are so excited to welcome back all our students tomorrow morning for the first day of school! Doors will open at 8:55 a.m. and students who would like to go and get a breakfast may visit the cafeteria on their way upstairs.

We will have staff located in the front of the school in case your child is not sure of where to go. Kindergarten parents may walk their child down for the first day of school to help with this initial transition. We ask that you give hugs at the classroom door and let your child start their day. We promise to update you throughout the week with how your child is doing.

We ask for your patience this first week of school as transportation and Kiss and Ride may take a little bit longer than usual as students and staff get used to procedures. We ask that you hang in there with us and we promise that times will get closer to what they will be throughout the rest of the year as we tighten up those routines.

Thank you for your continued support; we are looking forward to strengthening those partnerships throughout the year.

Please do not hesitate to reach out should you have any questions or concerns.

Looking forward to seeing you soon,

Mr. Aiello, Ms. Conroy and Ms. Shin

Student ID Numbers Needed for School Meals

Starting this school year, students will enter their student ID number — not their current cafeteria PIN — at the cash register to receive school meals. Please remind your child of their student ID number, which you can find in SIS ParentVUE. Teachers have also prepared cards for students in K-2 to help while students learn their numbers. View more updates, reminders, and menus for school meals this year.
