Good evening, Seahawk Families,

FCPS has a partnership with Longwood University for Economics & Personal Finance (EPF) DE. Students can take this class concurrently outside of their FCPS schedule for the Fall semester.

Benefits of this Opportunity:

9^th-12^th graders eligible
Fulfills EPF graduation requirement
1.0 GPA bump as it transfers back as EPF DE on their HS transcript
W!SE exam completion
Self-paced, asynchronous online learning
Low tuition fee and free textbook
3 college credits in Finance

Details:

Fall Semester Cost: $50 + $12.50 learning platform fee

Registration Deadline: Friday, August 15
Course Start Date: Monday, August 25
Course End Date: Friday, December 12
Course Total Length: 15 weeks

Student Eligibility Requirements:

9^th & 10^th Graders: Minimum 3.0 GPA and B or better in Algebra 1
11^th & 12^th Graders: No minimum requirements
